You have received a letter from the Municipal Court instructing you to schedule a hearing on your case. Please enter your statement number to schedule a hearing if the deadline stipulated in this letter has not passed.

Statement number:

Any defendant who fails to schedule a hearing within the established deadline will automatically receive a notice of hearing setting out a place, date and time for this hearing.
